According to the standard regulations, our employees have a rotational work schedule (2 months of work alternate with 2 months of rest). We provide two shifts of workers (while one shift is resting, the second shift will come to you). Accordingly, your production will always have a professional team of our specialists and you will not have to stop production even for a single day! However, our client, if desired, may choose another work schedule that is more convenient for him. We are ready to consider all offers.
The cost of works or services depends on the specific list of workers required to fulfill the order, as well as on the length of stay of our workers at the client's production.
The company has built a clear, modern labor protection system in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Each enterprise assumes obligations to prevent injuries, maintaining health and reducing the negative impact on the environment.
The approach to these processes is not formal, responsible specialists conduct regular checks of the state of jobs and compliance with labor protection standards. In addition to the standards, there is everyday work on improving the working conditions, both for regular and temporary employees. The bulk of the enterprises is provided with comfortable offices and other infrastructure.
